Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
You may not assign this Agreement. We may assign it without notice.
